RecommendedKace helped my husband and i pick out a new mattress and was very helpful on picking the best one for us. We were in on a Sunday and got the bed on Tuesday! We had our two kids with us 2&3 it wasn’t busy and he didn’t mind at all that they were running around having fun, he even helped to entertain them. He was friendly and understanding most people would have acted annoyed so that was a relieve.
My boyfriend and I went to FW to 'just look' at mattress's in hopes of buying one later in the month. We stopped at Mattress Warehouse and with the help from Kevin our just to look trip turned into a purchasing trip. Kevin was very help and knowledgable about the items they had in store and worked with our budget. We'd definitely recommend!
I suffer from multiple conditions that cause severe pain. I came in to look after doing a lot of online research. I was coming to buy a more expensive bed. After hearing more about me, I was shown a couple beds that were cheaper yet give better results with chronic pain. With the money I saved on the mattress I was able to get an adjustable bed. My experience could not have been better. Highly recommend this business.

Bought a mattress here last week. Had the BEST customer service from both Josh and Kace. No high pressure sales and very knowledgeable. My parents needed a new mattress and my mom decided she was ready to shop for one. Our first stop was Mattress Warehouse on Illinois Road. Kevin greeted us upon entry, asked us what we were looking for, and listened to exactly what my mom wanted. She was looking for a firm, supportive mattress that wasn't so tall that she needed a ladder to get into it.
