Visited Bob to purchase an adjustable bed for the first time. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Did not upsell any of his products. I loved that it was family owned and not a big box store. Came in on a Sunday needing something right away for my dad that had been in hospital for 2 weeks. I don't live in the area anymore and wanted something for my dad before heading back home. When they had delivery for next day I bought a nice firm mattress for my dad. The owner was not who was there on Sunday but he was the one delivering on Monday.
