RecommendedOver the past 10 years we have shopped around for bedroom suits, and mattress’s. Every time we have bought from Brent. Today was the fifth time and he had our mattress out in less than 3 hours. You won’t find a better mattress or bedroom suite for a better price.
I’ve used Mattress & Furniture Expo many times and I’ve never been disappointed. The last sofa & loveseat I purchased has had to be repaired twice due to the frame separating. They came and fixed it both times. Well it’s separated in the same spot for the third time and they messaged me today to say that they are just going to bring me a brand new one. We have done business with them for years. No other place worth going in Cleveland for your Furniture an Mattress needs! Love the people an service here!!!
rude employee working there. sold me a box heater that did not work near as well as another nearly identical one that I bought elsewhere. plus it was cheaper than what matress expo sold. Their return policy is near non existent. They do not seem to be interested in helping the customer and if you live even a mile outside their delivery zone they will charge you a fortune.
great place to buy mattress and furniture. prices are great. staff is friendly helpful and knowledgeable and best of all low pressure to buy.
We always look around but end up right back here. They are so nice and not pushy at all. The prices are phenomenal and we wont go anywhere else!!
I highly recommend this store. The quality is very good and you can find really great prices. The customer service is excellent. I have been in several time and not purchased and no one has been pushy. They have only been welcoming and very knowledgeable about their product. When I have purchased, they were quick to provide product. They even loaded it up carefully for me.
