Huge difference in online price for a sectional I tried to buy. Owner made excuses and wouldn’t take responsibility for price being so far off but wanted to argue. He kept saying “he can’t control” and I was like, you can control your own website inventory and prices. He was super argumentative and defensive and wouldn’t stop arguing. Purchased a set or Furniture a little over a year ago with the extended warranty. I've already had to have it replaced twice and have currently been waiting since April for my third set of replacement furniture. They absolutely refuse to give me a refund. Apparently the manager never works I have called and asked for him probably 10 times and it's always "He is off he will be in tomorrow " and when I call the next day I get told the same thing.
