I paid 3400. for a Mattress and was shorted the Mattress protector. I went to the office in Spring Hill Fl and was treated so rude. I was told that there was no record of me not having received the cover and that there was nothing they would do. The rep identified himself only as the manager. I have never ever been treated so badly in all my life.

Would give zero stars if possible. Salespeople are SNEAKY AND UNDERHANDED they will say anything to get you to sign. I was told I have 5 years no interest financing and when I get my credit info they tell me that interest is already accumulating and I have 6 months to pay it. They said they would throw in two complimentary cooling pillows and I still have yet to receive them. Yeah, the buying experience is good, but service stinks. I got a defective box spring and swap was scheduled. Then - withou telling me the saleslady cancelled it. So I called corporate. Finally a month later, I got my exchange. Hope I never have to deal with them again. I dealt with Port Orange store.

I went to the store in east orlando and had a great experience from the time I walked in till I got my mattress. The salesman explained everything I needed to know, delivery, exchange process, and warranty information. I got my delivery on time and the delivery men were very nice and quick! Thank you mattress one!

Bought a $1000 mattress with 15 year warranty and was told after it broke 4 years later I could have a $300 credit only towards a new one. Plus pay $98 to be able to make the exchange. Orlando residents should take caution and stay away for sure.

I went to mattress1one just to check cuz after reading all this negative riviews oh boy I was scare and full of doubt .. Omg ! Thanks God I purchase my mattress from mattress1one Adam was super good very friendly and he knew what he was talking about .. After having a pleasant experience at mattress1 one I wanted to post a review of my personal experience . I love my mattress it feels so comfortable it feels like heaven !!! Thank u Adam !!

I visited the Mattress One store in Melbourne and I just have to say that I never in my life been treated with such disregard and disrespect. I waited 20 minutes before the sales man (Jose) even acknowledge me and my husband. I seen him talking to someone which I thought was a customer but with the conversation they were having and the language that was being used I realized they were friends. We bought a $1200 mattress and were told by the salesman we could return it within 30 days for free exchange. Mattress arrived in hand-taped plastic with a manufacture date of Oct. 08. We called the manufacturer (Restonic) and they said we were probably sold the floor model because all their mattresses are heat sealed in plastic and are always delivered within 2 weeks of manufacture. We were told our mattresses would be delivered between 3 and 6pm. Well, its now 8:54 pm and no mattresses! We've called and called and called the store at 407-898-9020, and it just rings and rings and rings some more! There is not even a voicemail! Tonight I'm sleeping on my livingroom floor! Thank GOD I have carpet and not hardwood floors!
