Delivery promised 3 times for 10/03/23, company said they have the product and delivery set....day of delivery they they did not call. Had to call myself and ask when they were coming. Oh, we do not have the right product, factory sent the wrong type. Management blamed it on the sales person and Sealy but did not attempt to fix it. Mattress Never is a better name for this terrible to do business with and non-caring owner company
