Beware of this company! They are not truthful. They will tell you anything. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I took the mattress back and gave it back to them. Bad bad bad. Go anywhere else and buy your mattress. You'll be glad you did. Bunch of crooks!

I'm sorry Mr. Stewart that we were not to complete a comfort swap on your mattress. Our policy states that we can not accept a stained mattress in anyway. There is a large stain on the mattress that was not there at the time of purchase.
