I got this and within the first 12 months, this happened! When they were selling, they said leather has 5 year warranty. But to claim the warranty, we have to send the sofa to their service center which obviously means its not worth it (I have received quotes of $800 to take the sofa to the service center and I myself cant). Im sad i wasted my money here! Worst quality! This shouldnt be happening in the first 12 months atleast..
Bought furniture from them and their service and price are just amazing. It was a pleasure dealing with them, and they were not pushy at all. They helped with placing and assembling all the furniture as well. I highly recommend them.
