I am very happy with the shopping experience at the Dartmouth Mattress Mart. We arrived at this store with the expectation that we would check out what was available. We had no particular expectation to buy on this day. We were greeted by a sales person/sleep specialist Stephen Guest and our experience, when compared to other stores we had visited, took an immediate turn for the better. Knowledgeable, professional staff, helpful easy purchase, delivery was as promised on time and quick setup.
Sales person was great and delivery was great and products are great....only issue was that I paid for takeaway service but they would not take my old mattress. Don't get me wrong, it was an old dirty mattress but I would have wrapped it and I told them first (at purchase) and was told they would just bring bags. Had I known, I would have wrapped it in plastic....or not paid for the service that I did not get.
