After visiting many other stores looking for that perfect mattress, we finally visited Mattress Mart In Dartmouth. Kim was able to find us our mattress at an amazing price. We could not be more pleased and, no kidding, if you’re reading this post; don’t even bother visiting another store. Others will lie to you, sell you a “new mattress“ but in reality it’s just a used one with a new cover.. or pressure you to buy at the point of preventing you from leaving the store. Such an all around great experience with Kim, at Mattress Mart in Burnside. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. There is an excellent selection for every price point and firmness. The two guys that did the delivery were right on time and very courteous. Thank you for such a fantastic shopping experience. Looking forward to the Kingsdown comfort.
I have purchased two new beds in the last couple of months. Both times were amazing!!!! I highly recommend Mattress Mart if you are looking for a new bed!!!
The mattress is great, my review is for the store itself. I knew more going in than any of the employees, and none of them could answer my questions because the "companies didn't provide that information". They couldn't tell me something as simple as the material composition of the mattresses (ex: advertised as wool and cotton, but they could not tell me what percentages--meaning the company could have included 5% wool 95% cotton).
