Brent was extremely polite and helpful and made a “not so fun purchase” less painful. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us zone in on the right mattress for us in a reasonable amount of time.
We drove an hour to find the door locked with a number to call. We called the number and got voicemail. Oh, well. Went across the street and spent $5000.00. Stupid management, if you are in the back room, put a bell or motion sensor on the door, dont lose the only sale you would have gotten that day.
We needed to replace our old mattress, and Michael was a great help! He guided us without pressure to a wonderful mattress at a super price. Delivery was fast and friendly. We wake up feeling so much better now!
Michael was great, guided us to the right fit with low pressure. Great shopping experience will be recommending Mattress Man to friends in family for future purchases.
