I cannot say enough about the exceptional customer service CJ gave me this weekend! I went in to buy a bed for my daughter who's getting a big girl room for her birthday... CJ not only help me find the right bed in my price range, but she also helped me exchange it for the right size when I realized it was wrong when I got home! LOL! :-) When we're ready for another bed... I will definitely be back to see CJ!
The people on the floor were great. We bought a matress and afterwards decided that it wasnt going to be big enough with our newborn. We went in and asked to upgrade and they said sure no problem. We liked the sales person so much we decided to buy a couch. The delivery team got here and one driver said there was a small stain on it and the other one said they dont see anything. We had the matress cover on it since day one. We followed their instructions and used a cleaner even though we didnt see anything. Driver said they ... read more
