I had a really disappointing experience at Mattress King. The staff came across as rude and condescending, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. What stood out even more was how disrespectful they were toward their own coworkers—something that’s hard to ignore and doesn’t reflect well on the business at all.
