In a continuous attempt to deal with only small, local and individual-owned businesses in our area, we struck gold when I saw Mattress Folks in The Marketplace. We did get out to Mauldin for a "second opinion" on our recent bed purchase after a stop at one of the larger chains. Super friendly staff! Low prices for high dollar beds. We shopped around a lot before going here and their prices were hundreds less than everywhere else for the same mattress and foundation.

Thank yall the employees & guys that stayed over last night to deliver our new mattress bed till 7pm. Ive only slept on it 1 night and i got up this morning & felt & slept the best ive slept in over 20 yrs. These folks worked to get our payments where i wanted them & interest free. The customer service at Mattress Folks is second to none! They really take the time to help you find the mattress that fits your needs and their delivery is super quick! We will never buy a mattress from anywhere else!

Excellent customer service. From the second I walked in, I was greeted and immediately helped. They were all VERY patient as I took plenty of time to try out different mattresses. We were offered water and the staff was very helpful and informative in the differences of the types of bases and mattresses. Definitely recommend this place. We also got same day delivery and a price we could not beat. Customer service is everything. And this place exceeded our expectations.
