Great help
This was a complicated delivery and they made it happen. In addition the mattress we ordered did not arrive by the time we needed it, so they are sending a substitute until ours arrives. In addition they loaned us a frame until our bed order is delivered In other words, excellent customer service even when it’s not smooth sailing! Kudos!!!
I walked in and was greeted by Anthony and Assil, I explained what I needed from a mattress and they knew exactly which beds to suggest. I did buy the most expensive one, but after trying out the Beautyrest Black, nothing else compared. It's like lying on a supportive marshmallow, which is exactly how I explained it to them. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. I felt supported and heard. Excellent customer service.
Totally a great store! Made picking out a mattress easy
Anthony the manager was awesome, always go there for mattresses
