I had a great experience working with Kevin Pettitt at the Vernon Hills Mattress Firm store this weekend. There was a great selection of mattresses and Kevin made things easy by providing information on the mattresses and guiding me based on my feedback. There was a no pressure approach which was helpful. My husband and I bought a great mattress at a great price as well as a really cool adjustable bass that Kevin told us about (where we can move our heads and feet up and down for comfort) which will be a game changer for us!... read more
