Antonio at the South Philly location and Andre at the Center City (Chesntut St) were great! Antonio assisted me two weeks ago in finding the perfect bed to match my body. I told him I would be back in two weeks. I went to the center city location so I could drive off with my item. Antonio and Andre connected and bronco was able to tell Andre the specific mattress I picked out. I’ve been shopping here at mattress firm for years. Great place and great savings. Thanks guys!!!
I went in today just to try different mattresses and didn’t expect to buy. Well I ended up buying. My sales rep was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I originally wanted a purple mattress but it was not in my budget. He listened to what I wanted and found me exactly what I needed! Highly recommend.
