What to expect from this location: 1. If you have a problem and need to resolve it and you need to call this location by phone (which is the only way you can reach them without going back in person) expect to get an error message if you call like their phone system doesn’t work. 2. If you purchase one of their clearance mattresses or “heavily discounted” mattresses understand that these are customer returned mattresses (technically used for up to 120days then returned to Mattress Firm and could have damage). 3. Bought a king and twin size mattress. Got a good deal. Thought it would be a simple shopping experience. But had to go to another location to pick them up from the warehouse. A bit of a hassle and even though we had the receipt for proof to pickup, had to give our driver's license too.

I visited this Mattress Firm Store, relatively by accident. I was headed to Rooms to Go from NFM and I happened to see the Mattress Firm sign. I'm very happy that I did. My past experiences in a Mattress Firm was pushy salesmen, and I don't like those places. I walked into this location and was cordially greeted by David B. I was on the only customer in the store at the time (mid-afternoon). He walked me through numerous mattresses, providing valuable and insightful insights on the different options.
