Customer service was excellent!!! I loved being able to try out all the mattresses and I got a great deal.
Got Mattress from here, they have some good options, Racheal gave me a good deal on the Mattress. The other location they tried to upsell me Mattress and Haul costs. Also management needs to give delivery drivers an option to call the customer, the drivers were lost on Hollywood blvd and I had to find them to get the mattress
Great personable service. Expert knowledge and very efficient. Superb customer service as soon as you walk in the door. Monica made it so easy and effortless in finding what I needed and went above and beyond what I ever expected. Created such a warm and friendly experience.
