Corinne made our mattress purchase so pleasant... I went with my Mother to help with the purchase. I did so because my Mother speaks mainly Spanish... It turns out that Corinne also speaks Spanish... Living in Los Angeles, there are many Spanish-speaking people. My Mother could've gone to buy the mattress all by herself since Corinne is bi-lingual. I couldn’t be happier with my new bed. The sales woman showed me a range of beds within my budget and I found one that exceeded my expectations of comfort and quality. It was delivered the following day and I have been sleeping soundly ever since.

I hardly ever leave a review like this but I am so disappointed in this business. The mattress itself was terrible and the misinformation that was given throughout the entire process was just egregious. Terms of the agreement weren’t honored and we ended up returning the mattress but had to pay additional monies, on top of an already expected restocking fee, for items that we were told were free (2 x pillows).
