The person working was very informed, kind and helpful..
We walked into the Saratoga store and were immediately greeted by Jen. We told her exactly what we were looking for and what we don’t like about our current mattress. She gave us several options that fit our description and allowed us plenty of time to test them out and ask questions. She was very knowledgeable about the products and guided us but didn’t push. She was friendly and professional and patient with us through the purchase options. We left very satisfied with our experience.Jen was awesome!
