What a difference to work with a knowledgeable sales associate. Charlotte was friendly but professional. She was there to help me figure out what I really needed and wanted. And for a very fair price.
I do not appreciate that I was told one thing over the phone, by Jason, and that changed when I came into the store to do a return. Not great customer service.
Zada was efficient, very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Delivery by Derek and Manuel was super efficient and quick and They were very easy to work with and polite. Great customer service skills with them as well.
Everything was fantastic.
