Nathali was amazing, got us the mattress and box spring we were looking for and we were able to take it home the same day. Can’t recommend her enough.
Tonight I went into Mattress Firm looking to buy a new mattress and box spring set. I was immediately welcomed by Nathali, I explained what I was looking for and she asked me questions about my sleep, what problems I was dealing with, and my budget to give me options. Great sales service and great delivery service.
I came in with my wife to purchase a new bed. Lulu was so friendly and knowledgeable. She never tried to push us into something we didn't want. Even gave us a couple freebies. Would recommend Lulu to anyone interested in buying a new mattress.
