Had a horrible experience. Do not recommend at all. Mattress never showed on the day it was to be delivered after several confirmations. Found out later it was “damaged” during delivery. The sales person called the next day and tried to change the order to another product without our consent. We had to cancel the order so we a wouldn’t be charged thousands of dollars. Recieved a text that my order was delivered at my (CORRECT) address. Went out to go retrieve my delivery. Low and behold, it was not there. I spoke with store location and 3 Reps who advised they took a picture of drop off location. I repeatedly advised it its not my address they delivered to. Come to find out they do not use FedEx but a 3rd party delivery system. I asked for the number of the warehouse. somehow they do not have a phone number to contact them.
