We bought a mattress from the Riverhead location and once we received it, it was much softer than anticipated even though it was listed as firm. We waited about 45 days to see if we’d get used to it but it just wasn’t firm enough for our need (small child is sleeping on the mattress). We went back in and they accommodated an exchange.
