I have now purchased 3 mattresses from Mark at Mattress Firm Outlet in Riverhead. It has been a great and easy experience. No upsell etc. we told him what we wanted, budget and he steered us to a great choice. A month later I arranged to have a lift bed and mattress delivered for my mother. They had one to her house set up in a day. 2 weeks later there was a problem with the frame., I called mark and he had a new frame delivered 2 days after the call. That’s customer service and they have won my business. M.W.

Jason P. was awesome - we gave our budget and he didn’t try to upsell us at all. He also did his due diligence by making sure we tried all the types (foam, pillow top, “purple”…) to be sure we were picking exactly what we wanted. And after trying them all out, we ended up choosing the very first one he recommended to us! We were in and out in 30 minutes and it was SO easy. 10/10 highly recommend.

I came here after having a great experience at a different Mattress Firm location last year but now live farther away. I knew exactly what I was looking for and Jason was extremely helpful. Jason went the extra mile and even gave me a discount beyond the already large Labor Day sale. The mattress got delivered the next day. I would definitely buy from this location again.
