Associate Joe was welcoming and extremely helpful. He did NOT push anything on me or try to upsell a more expensive mattress. I explained what I wanted and he showed me and answered all my questions. I even had him run numbers on multiple mattresses. he explained offers and other possible outlet opportunities as well. I ended up purchasing new and am Patiently waiting for my delivery.
