Eve the manager took her time with me showed all the options she did not steer my opinion either way. Eve showed me the lowest cost mattress all the way up to the most, taking her time to see which one I was comfortable on for the best possible value. Also when I shopped around locally everyone knew of Eve's reputation which also made me think this was the best place to purchase my mattress.

Keith was very knowledgeable about their mattress selection and awesome to deal with.
Went in Mattress Firm to compare adjustable bases and mattresses. Knew very little about them other than we wanted one. Met a very knowledgeable and personable sleep expert Keith. Keith first helped us decide what we were looking for in a bed that would hopefully improve our sleep. He educated us about our potential purchase without any "sales" pressure.
