We bought a Beautyrest Firm Black Series from here a cpl weeks ago and let me tell you…best sleep I’ve had in years!! Keith went above and beyond he is not your typical “salesman”. He asked questions and did a whole investigation on what makes you tick on your sleep. He showed us example of every kind of everything from soft to firm to different types of springs and memory Foams. You could tell he knew what he was talking about. If you need a mattress go see Keith. You won’t be disappointed!
Had a great interaction with Zaleke, the store associate. Plenty of mattresses to choose from without being overwhelming. No sales pressure, relaxing shopping experience.
Went into the store feeling very confused with all of the different mattresses and Keith jumped right in and helped us navigate all of the different possibilities and really took the time to actually listen to our aliments and issues with sleeping and pointed us in the right direction. He didn't try to upsale or be pushy as a lot of salesmen are which is a huge plus. He is very personable and knowledgeable.
