Salesman, Dave was extremely knowledgeable. I met him at the Southfield store. He shared a lot & gave me honest comments,questions & answers. I LOVE that he didnt pressure me. I needed time to think and found him 4 days later,at the Novi store. He remembered me & my particular problem areas. Dave is a treasure!!!
This is the 5th mattress I have bought from Mattress Firm. As usual, my salesperson, Jason was knowledgeable, friendly & I got a great price. My only issue is I have to wait over a week for delivery. In the past, I have only waited 2 days at most.
