This is the 5th mattress I have bought from Mattress Firm. As usual, my salesperson, Jason was knowledgeable, friendly & I got a great price. My only issue is I have to wait over a week for delivery. In the past, I have only waited 2 days at most.
Jason was very informative & spent a lot of time to help me decide which mattress was right for me & my wallet.
Jaclyn was extremely helpful. Listened to our concerns, addressed our needs & went above & beyond to help us find the perfect mattress for our teenage grandson. Highly recommend!
