Salesmen talked me into buying some "insurance" thing saying that if we didn't use it we'd be refunded the amount we paid. Failed to mention that the refund would be in the form of a gift card for mattress firm. By the way, to this day still haven't received. Behavior like that makes me not want to come here again.

Michael did a fantastic job getting us all set with an order for a new Tempur-pedic bed. He got it all scheduled for delivery with mo complication when he was very busy with other stuff. Michael did a fantastic job. Give him a raise. Do not lose him.

Manager Mike was very patient and knowledgeable, helped me dial in to picking the right mattress, and additional great service added with delivery and removal of old mattress as well!
