My in store experience was 5 stars. Dave knows his product line extremely well and provided great in store service. My delivery experience has been a different story. The product they delivered is missing cables so the full functionality of the unit is not working. I’m being told that it will be 3 weeks before a replacement unit will be delivered. The mattress pad/cover was delivered with a filthy edge, it’s been one week and I haven’t seen a replacement pad/cover.
Michael and dave were great. Were very knowledgeable about the products and helped me pick the best one for my needs and budget. They were super patient with all my questions too.
Michael was terrific. Not pushy, listened, and found the mattress I needed for arthritic issues and precise delivery date i needed- and on sale. Thank you Michael.
