Buying and setting up delivery was very simple. The mattress is great. A few weeks after receiving the mattress, George reached out to me to see how things were going. I told him the mattress was great, but I forgot to request having my old boxspring and mattress hauled away. George was very prompt and accommodating in scheduling people to take away my mattress and box spring. I will definitely use this store again when I need my next mattress.

Steve took amazing care of me by patiently explaining the different mattresses and options. Their selection is extensive and their ability to deliver quickly is on point. Mattresses are expensive and it was good to feel taken care of instead of rushed.

Sales person knew the mattresses extraordinarily well. Didn’t feel pushed or pressured at any point. Extremely polite and actively listened to what our questions are. Sales rep understood and provided meaningful options which fit our criteria, so we got to choose an optimal option.

The whole process was so easy! Called Mattress Firm Mundelein and talked to George. He was able to provide us with some great options to choose from, and then he arranged for the purchase and a prompt delivery to our home. We now have a beautiful new bed in our guest room in time for the holidays!
