Very good service the salesman was very patient with us and moved mattresses around so we could try them. He managed to order a mattress for us in the Illinois store to be delivered to a residence in Florida. We also bought a mattress for a home in Illinois. He wasn't pushy just helpful.
My husband and I were looking for a new mattress today (6/28/26) we walked in knowing the mattress we wanted to look at. Since we've been a customer before at another mattress firm. The sales manager Winston took care of us. He was extremely nice and very helpful showed us options including the mattress we thought we wanted. We decided on a Tempur-pedic queen size. We can't wait for it to come. Very happy with our choice. Great customer service and appreciated Winston's help.
Winston was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, wasn't trying to sell but rather inform. Now I know exactly what I need and what to get. Will be coming back to pick it up next week!
