My 5 star experience was completely because of AJ. The first time I went to Matress Firm, AJ was very patient and informative about the mattresses I was inquiring about. He provided comparisons amongst the mattresses to help me with my decision. I wasn't sure yet what I had decided, so I left and returned the next day. Unfortunately AJ was not in and my experience was less than desirable with the other salesman.
