Oh!!! My gosh!!! Talking about customer care you’ll find it here. Chad done a fantastic job explaining things and listening to our needs and he has great morals he put the sale in the original sleep sales consultant that I spoke with originally (Chase) so knowing this I put my trust in Mattress firm. I am a former sales manager for the now closed down HH Gregg and know how important it is to be honest and upfront with customers and coworkers. Put these great guys in for a raise and free lunch for a year!!!
