It took a couple visits to determine what mattress I wanted. Evan and Jacob went above and beyond, around my obsessing about leg height extender options of different adjustable beds, and Evan was lifting mattresses off beds in the store to determine if certain leg extenders could be extended further, substituted, and other crazy questions I had around retrofitting an adjustable frame so that it had the right height in an antique bed. Evan was wonderful! Very professional, but not pushy. He's very knowledgeable about the product, and not your typical "salesman". We will be back when the needs arrive again.
