Excellent service, Nicole the store manager was extremely knowledgeable, professional and I felt that she had my best interest in mind, and I trusted her advice and guidance. I am very satisfied with the purchase and I feel that she help me make a great decision. I was impressed that her service was excellent.
Nicole was very patient as I tried every mattress in the store. I had a hip replacement. Was having issues with pressure on my hip and needed to find a mattress was not painful to sleep on. She showed us what was available. She knowledgeably told us the pros and cons of each mattress disregarding price point and letting us know what would work best. Sales associates were good and helpful but the mattress I bought a sealy plush eurotop was marketed as an anti sag mattress which was exactly what I needed until about two months in I started to sink in the middle I thought it was just me breaking the bed in. Now about 4 months in and after the 90 day return period is over I still sink to the middle of the bed every night even when I try and sleep on the sides and it’s extremely uncomfortable very disappointing as I thought I had finally found a mattress I liked.
