Mattress firm website isn’t making it convenient to leave a product review so I’m leaving it here. This location did have good customer service though. The first mattress we bought got two big dips on each side. We provided photos and they swapped it out and made it an easy process. We upgraded to the Kingsdown Imperial which ranged around 6k for us and an adjustable base around 1.2k before interest. Very disappointed that we are stuck with a mattress that is so expensive. Buying a new mattress and frame for my daughter was a very last-minute necessity for a new apartment, and Daphney was there to help. Extremely helpful, genuine, and sincerely wanted to help my daughter and I. The store has tons of options and she recommended a great deal for us based on our budget. If you have a student in the area and need to do the same, head their way. It’s not my first purchase with this company, but was my first visit to this store and Daphney was fantastic to work with.
Very knowledgeable and professional salesperson.
We had a great sales person who helped us and educated us on the mattress we ended up selecting. We did not feel pressured at all.
