Outstanding customer service. Katrina and Chris took their time to show and explain the benefits of every mattress on the floor. They asked us our budget and although they showed us the benefits of a possible more expensive mattress they respected our budget. When it was all said and done we ended up with a high end mattress, base, and pillow(lol) and was actually under budget. Will refer all my family and friends to them.
Absolutely the best experience ever. The salesman listened to my father’s needs and showed us exactly what he needed. We ended up purchasing not only the mattress but also an adjustable frame. Pricing was reasonable and the option to return if not comfortable was one that I liked. We were in and out in less than 30 min… this was our second time in 45 days mattress shopping and this by far was our best experience.
