Y'all just ask for Natalie! I had the pleasure of working with her and can’t speak highly enough. I was looking for a very specific mattress that was hard to find. The store is very clean. The employees were quick to spring into action and welcoming me. They knew what I was looking for once I mentioned and took me to the product and showed me. They were fantastic.

Walking into the store, I was not sure which mattress would be best for me. However, the ladies at Mattress firm in Keene were great! We went and tried many mattresses and with the help of (coworkers called her "B") B narrowing down some choices and Natalies helping to finish finding just right product (which she worked diligently)- my husband and I got exactly the right mattress. Thank you both so much!
