Max made our matress buying experience flawless and was highly knowledgeable in all the brands. He was extremely professional and courteous. We also had the pleasure of working with the store manager when Max was out. Natalie who walked me through shipping, delivery and the loan process and made the process smooth. We felt well taken care of and I would highly, highly recommend coming to Keene Matress firm. Our delivery team today was also curteous, timely, super polite and very helpful. This whole experience was an 11/10!
