Jamie helped us a lot in choosing the mattresses and gave us good advice. The store has a great layout and collection of mattresses to try out. The prices are competitive and offers were really great. The best part was flexibility in shipping very quickly to our new address.

Angelica was fabulous to work with ! we explained what we were looking for - quality, size, comfort and she gave two great recommendations which we wound up picking from ! She gave us a great deal and even went out of her way to answer all questions about bed frames - outside of us being in the store ! Will be back to the JC location for future purchases

Angelica and her team were super helpful showing us mattresses and helping us through the process of purchasing. We mostly knew what we wanted going in, but they showed us various mattresses anyway to make sure we made the right decision. Once we made the decision they were able to setup financing and delivery within a day.

Angelical was extremely professional. Although she didn’t know I am dealing with the loss of my spouse; she made buying my mattress so simple. Super helpful, knowledgeable and she made me feel wanted as a customer and appreciated. The store was peaceful the other worker was vey polite to their customer . I will return to Mattress Firm for all of my business and refer my friends.

Ms. Angelica was an absolute pleasure doing business with. She was extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about the mattresses in the showroom. She did not come across as a salesperson just trying to make a sale. She wanted me to be happy and satisfied about my purchase. So if any of my family or friends are in need of a good mattress, I'll tell them to go Mattress Firm and ask for Ms. Angelica. They won't be Disappointed!
