Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment my sister and I walked in the door! Joey was friendly, really informative, patient, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. The Commack mattress firm is the worst place for anyone to go and get a mattress .These guys are rude, they sell you a mattress and then you are on your on .You don’t see the mattress on the date of delivery three times and no one calls you for explanation.The worst is the manager Joe ,he is rude.Yells at you hangs up on you and also cancels your order to delete you from the record so that he is not caught abusing the customer.Nightmare,I wish I never went there .Instead you can go to the other Commack location and deal with... read more
