Shopping for a new mattress at Matress Firm in Hartisonburg, VA today, July 17, 2026. "Craig" waited on me and was so professional. He explained the difference between the mattresses and took his time with me. I will be purchasing a new king size mattress within the next week and will also purchase another one for another bedroom in my home in the next couple months. To be honest, I dreaded shopping for a new mattress but Craig turned that around!! Thank you Craig!!
