She knew the products and accessories very well and she helped me find the right mattress for my sleep pattern. She was so personable and engaged which are great traits to have when in customer service. 10/10 experience!
I showed up with two rambunctious kids, thank God we were the only ones in the store. The helper was amazing. She was patient and when I had to go back and change some things she was still amazing and patient. Delivery guys were great and honest
