Stacy lived up to the ratings we read ahead to our visit to the Georgetown store to have our lying down test for the brand we were looking to buy. Super easy to test and purchase what we wanted with a couple free extras thrown. Looking forward to the mattress coming.
Excellent shopping experience. I did my research beforehand which allowed me to ask harder questions and get down into the weeds on the various mattresses, and Stacey handled all my questions well. Good selection of different types of mattresses and bases on the floor, which was good for the store and me because I ended up being willing to pay for more once I tried out the alternatives. Expensive, but that’s TempurPedic for you.

How does this place possibly have a 4.9 rating? It’s absolutely terrible. It was uncomfortably hot inside the store. I told the sales person I did not want a memory foam mattress - I have one currently and it’s way too hot - but they kept pushing me to buy a Temperpedic (which is high density memory foam). I tried several other mattresses in the basement level - when you lay on them, you end up staring directly into the bright spotlights over the beds.
