Terry provided excellent customer service during my mattress search. I originally came in to try a mattress I had seen online, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to educate me on the best options for both back and side support, which really helped me feel confident in my decision.
Chris was very good to work with and gave us plenty of time to look and try different mattresses without pressuring us. He told of all the options and gave us good advice.
If I could leave a six-star review, I would. I bought a mattress four years ago online and was not happy with it. When I finally decided to invest in a new mattress, I was a bit apprehensive about picking out another mattress. There were so many to choose from but luckily, for me Haley, who works at Mattress Firm, in Gardendale, was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses in the shop. Hailey is the best! I did not purchase on the first day I went into the store. However, Hailey spent an hour or so making sure that I was thoroughly versed on what I wanted. She was not pushy or impatient, and gave me space to make my decision, which is why I went back to her to purchase my tempur-pedic! I believe that I made a friend!
Napoleon is the person who was helping me, he did an amazing job explaining all the differences in the mattresses and finding the perfect one for me. He was very kind and patient with me. I haven’t receive my mattress yet, so I can’t let you know how that is yet but I will come back
