Mattress Firm at Gardendale was amazing. I went in with questions and Hailey took the time to answer my questions and even bring up things I had not thought about. I was able to state concerns I had about the mattress I was looking at and she was able to show me options that addressed those concerns. When I went back to finish paperwork we had started Lyndon was very responsive to the plan Hailey had laid out and was able to quickly complete my paperwork. Very positive experience.
The salesperson was great! She didn’t try and make us purchase things we didn’t want for one. She gave us her experience she had with her purchases and let us took our time. We had a great time purchasing our platform bed and mattresses. Plenty of laughs!!!!! Her name was Hailey!!!
Linden met us at the door and we told him we were looking for a soft mattress for our son and what our budget was, he immediately showed us options, shared information on the beds we were looking at and related to my gamer son to make him feel comfortable, even went above and beyond and showed him multiplication to keep my 8 year interested and learning, I would even like to add this was our 3rd place of visiting trying to find the perfect affordable mattress.
