This was a very good experience for me from the phone call to the in store experience. I would recommend all my friends and family to make purchases at this store. The sales person interpersonal skills were great. I gave her a 10 out of 10 face to face while in the store. Great customer service! This was the Gardendale store.

Hailey was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect mattress for my needs. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made me feel confident in my purchase. Mattress Firm at Gardendale was amazing. I went in with questions and Hailey took the time to answer my questions and even bring up things I had not thought about. I was able to state concerns I had about the mattress I was looking at and she was able to show me options that addressed those concerns. When I went back to finish paperwork we had started Lyndon was very responsive to the plan Hailey had laid out and was able to quickly complete my paperwork. Very positive experience.

The salesperson was great! She didn’t try and make us purchase things we didn’t want for one. She gave us her experience she had with her purchases and let us took our time. We had a great time purchasing our platform bed and mattresses. Plenty of laughs!!!!! Her name was Hailey!!!
