Linden, the sales agent, was amazing! Charismatic, funny, knowledgeable, and honest. He was patient as I researched and reviewed options. His level of customer service should be given to all customers. Mattress Firm has employed an excellent young man. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. I’m very pleased with the process and service.

Knowledgeable staff with good communication skills. Hailey was our sales woman and I couldn't be more pleased with her saleswomanship. Enjoyed our experience and if you need a mattress and a good saleswoman see Hailey and I believe she'll treat you right

If I could leave a six-star review, I would. I bought a mattress four years ago online and was not happy with it. When I finally decided to invest in a new mattress, I was a bit apprehensive about picking out another mattress. There were so many to choose from but luckily, for me Haley, who works at Mattress Firm, in Gardendale, was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses in the shop. Hailey is the best! I did not purchase on the first day I went into the store. However, Hailey spent an hour or so making sure that I was thoroughly versed on what I wanted. She was not pushy or impatient, and gave me space to make my decision, which is why I went back to her to purchase my tempur-pedic! I believe that I made a friend!

We purchased mattress covers from the store in Gardendale and were very impressed by the customer service we received. Both people in the store worked together to get us the best cover at the best price. When we need a new mattress, we will definitely be giving Mattress Firm our business.
