I got a chance to stop by Mattress Firm next to the Walmart, and I met Mrs. Hailey Lorenzo she was absolutely amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The store was full of multiple options and I was confident that she cared about my needs. I’ll definitely refer family and friends to see her any time they need a mattress set. Thank you very much! Linden, the sales agent, was amazing! Charismatic, funny, knowledgeable, and honest. He was patient as I researched and reviewed options. His level of customer service should be given to all customers. Mattress Firm has employed an excellent young man. I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. My wife and I just stopped in Mattress Firm in Gardendale one evening to try some mattresses on a whim.
