The gentleman that helps us there is very in tune with each customer that comes in and how to communicate and serve them. He does all he can to help, share his expertise, answer questions and compromise if needed, every time. Always making the customer feeling well cared for. A valuable employee. Reward this one greatly and hang on to him, if you're smart.

Josh did an excellent job of showing what would fall in our price range. He was cordial and quite knowledgeable about his products. Could not have been a better experience. Highly suggest this business if you are in the market for new mattress.

The salesman, Joshua, was very professional and helpful. He was thorough when explaining to me the difference in the mattresses. He gave me excellent service. I felt at ease about my decision. I bought a queen size mattress and box spring. I recommend his services at Mattress Firm in Gardendale Alabama!!!

I was very pleased with the service received from Joshua. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding mattresses that would work for me and my back issues and was never pushy. With his help I was able to find the right mattress at a great price. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Gardendale and Joshua to help with any mattress purchases.

Josh was incredibly helpful. He respected my budget. my time and explained very clearly the difference between the brands. I never felt pushed or rushed. Mattress Firm represents quality products. Josh knows his products. Ask for him. Lastly, for those who value made in Alabama, or the U.S.A., they have bedding for you. Quite pleased with the Gardendale store.
