Terry provided excellent customer service during my mattress search. I originally came in to try a mattress I had seen online, and he took the time to walk me through the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and made sure to educate me on the best options for both back and side support, which really helped me feel confident in my decision.
I got a chance to stop by Mattress Firm next to the Walmart, and I met Mrs. Hailey Lorenzo she was absolutely amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I was just walking in to look at my options for a new mattress. I have severe back pain and issues, my current mattress is not helping the issues at all My husband has been complaining of being to hot while sleeping too. It was time for an upgrade. I’m very pleased with the process and service.
