I was quite disappointed by my recent experience at this Mattress Firm location, particularly with a staff member — a gentleman with long curly hair. When we first entered the store, it was completely empty, yet he was sitting at his desk on a personal call (on speaker) and barely acknowledged us after we greeted him.
