We had a great experience purchasing our sectional. Xavier was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect fit for our space and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend working with him and will definitely be referring friends and family to him for any future furniture needs!

mattress was ripped after delivery, second time the delivery company brought it , it was the wrong size, third time they came the delivery company could not bring it the stairs. I understand this is not on mattress firm, but after calling and trying to work out the next. Dan(who i spoke too at mattress firm in Warwick) wanted to only refund me $99 and $129 for mattress protector. Instead of refunding my warranty and refunding me part of the sum of the mattress.
