Saturday, January 16, 2026 When I walked in I was greeted by the salesman. As soon as he finished with his current customer he helped me purchase my item. He went over and above to "fit" me with the particular item I was looking to buy. This is one fantastic salesman.
Chris was very knowledgeable about the difference in the mattresses and bases I needed for my situation. Made me try several different mattresses until I picked the one best suited. I definitely would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone needing a mattress and an adjustable frame. I went on Friday and my delivery is Sunday.
I was extremely pleased by the excellent customer service I received from the salesperson Tarek at the Cowesett location in Warwick. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. I purchased a mattress for our spare room. He was non pushy, informative, honest and professional. I will definitely return and will recommend friends and family to Mattress Firm at the Cowesett location in Warwick and to Tarek.
