We had a great experience.
I purchased a mattress locally (upstate NY) to be delivered in Philadelphia. There was some difficulty with the building's manager allowing delivery, causing a stressful situation. I walked over to MattressFirm on Chestnut Street, explained the situation, and Marsha was able to smooth everything out!
