Nick was phenomenal! He did a very thorough Demo of over a half dozen brands and styles of not only mattresses but also many varieties and designs of pillows. Nicks knowledge of all products helped us make a definitive decision on the selection without hesitation. We enjoyed the overall process from beginning to end starting with a lengthy phone conversation and finished with in store demonstrations that answered all the questions we could muster.
