I’ve been so frustrated the last few weeks, ordered a bed on line with an adjustable base. One of the components didn’t work and they refunded my money and told me to leave it for the garbage man to pick up. That thing is over a hundred lbs and with 9 steps to take it down…no way! Went to Mattress Firm to order a different adjustable base, asked if they could take this one with them and after calling everywhere and anyone I could think of to help I hit the mother lode! Very happy with their prices and the service was top notch!
The staff were very welcoming, great to talk with, and helped me pick out the mattress for me. The building was clean and was comfortable to walk into and test mattresses. I hope everyone that comes here had as great of an experience as I did!
