I went in a little anxious bc of other mattress firms and how pushy some of the sales people are, but Derek is not like that!! It was actually a very painless and good experience! Great guy. Our new mattress and pillows are fantastic. In contrast to a different mattress firm where they were trying to sell me everything that was double to triple my budget and I walked out with no mattress. Highly recommend Derek and the Ansonia location.
