Steve at Mattress Firm in Lake Nona was absolutely wonderful! He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. He taught us so much about the different mattress options and helped us find the mattress of our dreams. He made the entire process easy, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We highly recommend asking for Steve!
They never gave me a delivery window. I had to call the store to find out the delivery time window. Usually the drivers will call you half hour before arriving. They didnt do that. I was inside house. I didnt even hear the doorbell ring. They left a tag at the door saying i need to call back to reschedule.
Very helpful and accommodating. Can't wait to sleep on our new mattress tonight!
Steve was fantastic. He listened to what I needed and was very knowledgeable about their product.
