BEAWARE OF HIDDEN RETURN CHARGES. We spent over $3,000 from mattress that was defective and extremely uncomfortable. We were told that $249 we would get a full refund if it was returned within 4 months. Low and behold there there was a $99 delivery fee which was not a problem at the beginning. They charged $249 if you return the item within the four months and the return free is incorporated within this $249. A pleasure doing business. Steve was knowledgeable regarding product and read our needs. I was told that I would receive delivery instructions on Saturday for Sunday delivery. That never happened. So we're in the dark as to the plan today.
