Very careful removal of my old bed and very careful setup of my new. They were great!
Super easy experience to order a new mattress I needed right away. I appreciate Brigham's help and how quick he was! Thank you!
I have had chronic pain for years and have never been able to find a pillow that works for me. We went into mattress firm not expecting to finding anything, but we were greeted with the nicest most down to earth gentlemen who helped me along my entire pillow journey. He suggested several options and I ended up purchasing one of them! I have yet to see if the pillow will work for me after a night's sleep but even if it doesn't it was an absolutely wonderful experience at mattress firm and the man we talked to was so so nice.
Friendly, helpful - really searched for what we needed and took the time to really dig and find something already in stock - as we needed it immediately and it was a size that isn’t typically carried in stock.
