MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO THE OSWEGO STORE .THE GUY WHO WAS THERE WALKING AROUND ,FACE IN HIS PHONE ,WE GOT IGNORED. THEN HE WENT INTO A ROOM AND CLOSED THE DOOR. HE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PRESENCE. WE WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE AGAIN. TOTAL DISRESPECTED .

The salesman Eric.... Just wow. We were not expecting to walk in and buy a bed the same day. But he got us an offer we couldn't resist. He really took the time to find the perfect bed for me and my fiance that have very different wants. Extremely thorough and friendly. We can't wait for our new bed!! 10/10 recommend.
