Fully 7 years ago, I purchased an adjustable Serta frame from Mattress Central. So, just this week, Ive had reason to reach out to them for help on the frame as we were trying to move it...someone on the move-the-bed team (I think) broke the sync cable. Mattress Central has gone FAR above expectations, including helping me... over the phone... with this situation AND providing me with four legs for the frame that I somehow did not get when the unit was first setup all those years ago.
