We walked in and were the only customers in the store as the appointment was just for us. Leanne was so kind and showed us 4 different brands with 3 levels of firmness each. She provided information on each and we love that they are made to order AND made in Ontario. We were shopping for a custom sized mattress for our trailer and were pleasantly surprised that it was only $50 extra to order the size we needed. We came in looking for a new bed for our kiddo. And while we knew what we wanted, experience of the staff pointed us in a different direction. Honesty goes a long way. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend.
