This is my second interaction with Mattress Buy Appointment, and the reason I returned was because of several factors. Price point, quality of the product and service. The proprietor, Leanne is knowledgeable and cares about matching the customer with the correct type, be it memory foam, traditional spring construction or hybrid. My mattress arrived when promised and the delivery guys couldn’t have been more helpful. They even took away my old box spring.
We purchased a very comfortable mattress today for a reasonable sale price. Leanne was very helpful and walked us through our purchase. Looking forward to a great night sleep
