Very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses. Excellent quality. All around great experience. Our new mattress sleeps so much better than our old one. Best prices around. Only thing I would've changed, is contacting him sooner.

Jim is in the business of making people happy. And that's what he did with us. He took care of us twice. Had a problem with our 1st mattress so he swapped it out with another one with no questions asked. If you finance, the APR is high. But when your in a pinch, u can't complain! All around great guy!
